Freedom of Information Guidelines

The SALT New Music Festival collects personal information pursuant to Part 3, Section 26 (c) of the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). This act allows us to collect personal information “directly related to and necessary for an operating program or activity of the university”.
